*GENERAL OBSERVATIONS:

She is definitely a velcro dog. She wants to be close to her person/people. Anytime she has met someone she is always super excited. She LOVES people. She wants whoever is around to say hello and let her. Very people social. She has enjoyed fosters dogs. She has not instigated play but has joined in sometimes when they play. She mostly wants to be close to foster parent. She demands attention but does settle in. Foster has only had her a few days so imagine the more comfortable she gets she may not be as needy but right now this is a big change and transition for her. She’s absolutely darling, sweet personality, would be a great bulldog for anyone. Her former owners said she was humping. She did it once to one of foster dogs but as soon as she was corrected her she never did it again. More to come as she settles in over next couple weeks!

Some additional observations about sweet Harley:

She is totally comfortable in exciting “bar like” settings and restaurants. The music didn’t bother her and she wanted every person to love on her and wanted to meet every dog. We think she would be happiest in a home with other dogs. She seeks out people and she wants to be everyone’s friend. 

She is great in the car and would make a good travel companion and loves to go wherever foster mom is going but can also stay home by herself without being in a crate or being destructive. Loves the couch so please only apply if this is something you would allow.
